01 / THE CONTEXT

A specific challenge. A real-world context.

A product team coordinates specifications, prototype batches, supplier follow-up and quality feedback across successive revisions.

The following context and records are fictional examples created for this concept.

THE CHALLENGE

Complexity lives in the handoffs.

Physical samples lose their revision identity; feedback is scattered; new versions replace the history.

INITIAL DEMO DATASET

Project ST-P016 has revisions R1, R2 and R3. The R3 batch contains 12 samples: 4 pending inspection, 6 passed, 2 requiring changes. Shell thickness changes from 1.8mm to 2.0mm.

03 / THE WORKFLOW

A clear path through the workflow.

  1. 01

    Review requirements

  2. 02

    Compare revisions

  3. 03

    Inspect a batch

  4. 04

    Confirm feedback

04 / INSIDE THE PRODUCT

See how it works. Try it yourself.

Switch between three views, inspect records and exceptions, then complete a local demo action.

05 / THE IMPORTANT DETAILS

Designed for the moments that do not go to plan.

!

Exceptions & boundaries

Samples from different revisions cannot share an acceptance total. Missing records remain pending. Required changes retain a reason and an owner.

06 / DELIVERY & VALIDATION

Make delivery measurable and clear.

Revisions, sample batches, inspections and feedback. All 12 sample states reconcile and previous specifications remain traceable.

This describes the concept scope and validation approach. Actual work is defined around the business, data and engagement; it is not a claim of client results.
